Hello, everyone! My name is Corey. Been licensed since last March, but I drifted away from the hobby over the summer, which means I'm now re-learning everything I've forgotten since I crammed for my license exams, which it turns out is most of it, haha. In any case, I spent some time on the local repeaters and checked into a few nets with my FT-70DR, but now I'm looking to get back into the hobby more seriously.

I picked up an IC-7100 and a G5RV to get onto HF, but I'm still in the process of figuring out how to get everything set up. I'm fortunate to have a backyard with some trees, so I'm hoping I can string up the antenna between a couple of them.

In any case, looking forward to getting back into things and getting to know other hams in the area!

73, Corey W9YSR
